The location of the hotel is great, it's central to everything. And the breakfast is very good, very complete.
Honestly, I don't understand who gave them the four stars. I guess it would be the location that's great. As soon as we arrived we got a room, we went upstairs with our baby and our dog, apart from the suitcases, we opened the door and room had just been left by the previous ones and was not made, we went down to be changed and they gave us another room, we tried to open it and neither of the two cards went, I went back down to change them again and they didn't go either. All this with everything on top. Well when we managed to enter and adapt to the room, we went down to dinner and what is our surprise there were 4 things, cold and dry.. We thought maybe because it was a weekday. Maybe tomorrow is better, next day and weekend was the same, there were things that seemed yesterday. We're sorry, we won't be back.

It is an ideal hotel to go to the shopping area, it is just 50 meters from Av Maritxell and you don't have to touch the car at all, even to go to Caldea,.
We didn't like the beds and cushions at all, fatal for sleeping, you don't rest well, cushions are too wide and too hard, you end up having bad postures and you wake up with pain, changing them would be your thing. On the other hand the buffet. breakfast one has a pass. the one with the repetitive dinner and second night you don't feel like it anymore. There were some cooked carrots as an accompaniment that were at the first dinner, then for breakfast and again at dinner, saved by the good work and hunger of the staff. I recommend only breakfast, dinner only for price, no more than one night if it doesn't become tiresome to repeat the same thing. parking like all in Andorra expensive and with some places that do not fit a normal car. hotel needs a general reform to adapt it to the new times and to the 4 stars.

The location is perfect. The cleanliness and that the floor was made of wood. The WiFi works perfectly, so it shouldn't be loose like in some hotels I've been to. In. I case had a balcony in the room (although it is shared with the room next door) The breakfast is good, with natural orange juice that you squeeze yourself at the moment. The reception staff is attentive and helpful.
Not that I didn't like it, breakfast waitresses are too much on top of you to take your plate off the table, you feel like they're rushing you. In fact, I got up for a few seconds to get some bread and sugar and they took my plate away without finishing it. I told them, I think it was fine, girl and other days I would pick up the plate another one, she would pick it up when she saw it apart but didn't even look at us. Otherwise everything's OK. If you go to lunch or dinner, food is very repetitive and little variation. It's a buffet that you can get to on the street and you don't need to stay to go there, so I knew it. To make you a salad there is everything and more every day, that's for sure. the main dishes are scarce and repetitive. Desserts are good. hotel has a lot of services from hairdresser to spa, they are very expensive. I wanted to get a manicure but when I asked the price, I went and got it somewhere else that pays exactly half. All this does not influence so that I did not repeat. positive is much more important and has more weight when choosing a hotel

It is a good value compared to hotels elsewhere in Europe.
Andorra is one of the ugliest cities I have ever seen. The hotel is ok.

It was a pleasant stay, newly remodelled place. Spotless, excellent value hotel, the location was perfect and comfortable so close to a snow covered mountain and river below and the shopping streets. The rooms were well laid out and large with huge bed, felt like home.

Reasonably priced for half board
Arrived late and food was dried up. It is rated 4* but more like a 3*Not as good as the Magic in Pas Cas. £12 to park a car is a bit steep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, as it was right in the heart of the city centre. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the nearby attractions and shopping streets. Additionally, the hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch and made me feel instantly welcomed.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, impeccable service, and top-notch amenities make it a truly outstanding place to stay.

Got this 4* hotel for a bargain price. Huge, clean and comfortable room with balcony. Great central location.
Arrived at midday and basically told to go away and come back to check- in at 2pm! Repeatedly reminded how we had to check-out and remove car from parking by 12pm "at the very latest". Spa facilities were pretty dire for a so-called 4* hotel and breakfast was disappointing.
